Husband, Father of 3 amazing young ladies. Graduated from Notre Dame where I played basketball. After graduation I coached for 7 years and assisted for another 3. Been a stay at home dad since my oldest was born and stay active in youth sports in our area. I’ve always been interested in the process of building a team, a culture, and in how to better develop young athletes through youth sports teams and organizations. My hope is to slowly build and expand this site to add a few more content developers to provide even more insight and ideas for helping maximize the benefits of youth sports for all levels of athletes.
